Fatty Brother (Index Heavy Weight) HDFC Bank is awake now and ready to help Banknifty

Time: 5:45 am
Banknifty
·
There are some good things happening to Banknifty.
·
There was huge delivery volume (75%) in HDFC bank.
·
It also broke last week high.
·
HDFC Bank is index heavy weight in Banknifty and it can dominate
the index with remaining 11 stocks
·
Open interest has been come down drastically for all mid cap
banking stocks.
·
Apparently short sellers covered their shorts. But still SBI
is in short side J.
·
Long positions have been maintained in HDFC Bank.
·
Axis bank is bottomed out and ICICI bank is traded at support
level.
·
Having said about all good factors, still FII is in sell side.
·
Good to sell ATM PE than going long.
·
If it turns bearish in coming down, convert as short straddle.
Nifty
·
Volume has been picked just from yesterday.
·
CEAT started running up and ITC started walking.
·
Except INFY and SBI, remaining stocks are in bullish mood now.
·
IT, AUTO and Banking sector are looking good.
·
Nifty should break 8300 (Above 200 DMA) and go above MACD zero
line.
·
It should firmly be traded with volume to confirm this
bullishness.
·
Good volume in all financial institution and mid cap banking
stocks.
·
Sell more PE than going long in future. Selling ATM PE is safe
than going long.
My Position & Trading Plan
·
Yesterday expiry was great day and there was violent movement
around 3 pm.
·
Banknifty gave the opportunity to make good profit 20K (15L)
just in 1 hour.
·
It is feasible only in Banknifty.
·
Sold out 19000 CE more. Planning to sell 18000 PE today (3
lots).
·
Still now I do not have any plan to trade in future.
·
Will start trading PMS account (10L) today.
